As Nashville Soccer Club (NSC) gears up for another exhilarating season, there's another reason for excitement brewing among art and soccer enthusiasts alike. For the second consecutive year, I've been privileged to be part of the prestigious Soundwaves Gallery, hosted by the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville and Nashville Soccer Club. This year's exhibition, titled "Glory Music City," promises to captivate visitors with its stunning showcase of local talent and vibrant narratives.

"Glory Music City" isn't just an art exhibition; it's a celebration of Nashville's rich cultural tapestry. Featuring 66 captivating works from 47 Middle Tennessee artists, this exhibition pays homage to the diverse neighborhoods that collectively form the beating heart of Music City. From the historic streets of Franklin to the bustling energy of East Nashville, each artwork serves as a testament to the unique essence of its respective locale.
Celebrating Local Talent
Artists were chosen through a public call for art, inviting submissions that resonated with the artists' personal connections to their neighborhoods. The result? A mesmerizing collection that mirrors the kaleidoscopic beauty of Nashville itself. From traditional oil and acrylic paintings to avant-garde sculptures, the artworks transcend boundaries of form, medium, and genre, inviting viewers to embark on a visual journey through the soul of the city.
