ARTIST STATEMENT

“I mainly work in acrylics, often adding genuine gold leaf touches. I enjoy studying light and reflection. I frequently pair impasto palette knife painting with smooth, blended brush strokes. Texture is an important element in my work.

Nature is one of God’s beautiful creations, and I find endless inspiration in its ever-changing beauty. My abstract landscape paintings are meant to transport viewers to a calm and peaceful place, while leaving them with a sense of hope  and joy.”
