Refund policy
Originals:
All sales are final, including commissions. No returns unless a listing error has been made and the piece has truly been misrepresented. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and check for damages. For any issues, please send an email to info@vanessamulton.com. Paintings are shipped with insurance – please email me pictures of any damage immediately so I can file a claim and take the necessary actions.
Prints:
Because prints are made to order, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind; however, if you find the quality of the print to be not as expected, please contact me immediately at info@vanessamulton.com. If there are any defects with the canvas, your print will be replaced.
Calendars & Gifts:
Because my calendars and gifts are printed in small batches, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your calendar arrives damaged in transit, simply send photos of the damage immediately to info@vanessamulton.com, and I will gladly send a free replacement of the damaged item.
