Shipping policy

Originals:

Paintings are carefully packed with protective foam and bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. I use USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx for shipping. In most cases, paintings ship 2-6 days after an order is placed.

Nashville and Franklin art collectors: Use code NASHFREE for free delivery over $300 or free meetup under $300. Can be combined with new Collector’s List discount.

Shipping has been calculated for the contiguous US only. I ship worldwide through Saatchi Art.

Shipped commissions over 47 inches may be created on a Genie Canvas and rolled in a tube to save on shipping costs.

Paintings are shipped with insurance – please email me at info@vanessamulton.com pictures of any damage immediately so I can file a claim and take the necessary actions.

Prints:

All prints ship for FREE in the US with no code needed. Non-US customers, contact me for a quote. Please note that local delivery for prints is not available; all prints will be shipped. Each print is made to order and will be shipped within 4-7 business days. By producing prints on-demand, we help minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of excess inventory and unsold products. We offer hassle-free replacements for any orders damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, I will replace it at no charge.
